Booking a rack is quick and easy. Simply click the book a rack button, create an account and choose the size of rack you need and the date you want to start selling.

Alternatively, pop in or call the store and we’ll make a booking for you.

Step By Step Instructions On Booking A Rack

Rack Sizes & Prices

Small Rack

Cost – $55 per week, plus 5% commission on your total sales

Capacity – Holds approx. 20-40 hangers

*Discount available for 2 consecutive weeks or more hire.

Medium Rack

Cost – $95 per week, plus 5% commission on your total sales

Capacity – Holds approx. 50-60 hangers and 5 pairs of shoes or handbags

*Discount available for 2 consecutive weeks or more hire.

Display Cabinet

Cost – $40 per weeek per shelf, plus 5% commission on your total sales

FAQ Booking A Rack

Is there a minimum booking period?

Yes, you will need to book for a minimum of one week.

What day does the rental period start?
Rental can start on any day of the week, subject to availability. Please choose a day of the week when you are available to come and set up the rack in the store.

How long do you recommend renting a rack for?

We usually recommend renting a rack for a minimum of two weeks to ensure a wide variety of people can browse your rack.

Can I extend my booking for another week if my clothes have not sold?

Yes, subject to availability. Our store has a limited number of racks, so we cannot always guarantee availability.

What If I book a two-week rental and most of my clothes sell out in the first week?

That’s great! We would encourage you to come and restock the rack with more clothes to ensure you get the best return possible.

When do I need to pay for the rental?

Payments should be made at the time of making the booking and if no payment is received, your booking will be cancelled.

When and how do I receive the money for the clothes I have sold?

You will receive your funds, less our commission on sales, by bank transfer within 14 days of the end of the rental term. Payments are made by bank transfer only and we do not offer cash payments.

What if I need to cancel or postpone my booking?

You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before the start of the rental period and receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued where less than 7 days’ notice is given.

How To Make An Online Booking

Create an account

  1. Click the Book Now Button
  2. Create your User Name and Password
  3. Press Login
  4. Sign the user agreement
  5. You will now be on the homepage

Make a Booking / Reservation

  • From the homepage Click > ‘Make A New Reservation’
    You will now be shown a timetable and a map

Map

Click on the map to see the store layout and location of the racks.
Racks numbered 1 to 20 are large racks
Racks numbered 21 -42 are medium racks

Timetable

Click on the timetable to see a list of the rack numbers and availability
All dates coloured in green are available for hire
All dates coloured in red have been pre-booked

  • To make you booking click > GoTo timetable.
    On the timetable, dates are shown across the top and rack numbers are shown down the side.
  • Click on the rack number you want and click on any of the dates in green.
    A pop up box will appear and you should click > Make A Normal Reservation
    You will now be taken to booking page for your rack.
  • The hire period is set at 7 days as default. To extend this simply enter the number days you require in multiples of 7 eg. 14, 21 or 28 days.
  • Finally, tick the box to say you have read the terms of service and click > Make A Reservation button, enter your payment details and you are all set to go.

You can view or change your reservation from the Homepage by clicking > My Reservations
