Quick & Easy Label Printing

Our computer system is set up to make printing and labelling your clothes quick and easy. Every label contains a unique barcode linked to your account so you can track your sales online.

Preloved Clothing Price Guidelines

Whilst you have full control over the pricing of your garments, we often find clothing sells quicker when priced following the guidelines below.

  • T-shirts – $10-$15
  • Blouses/Shirts – $15-25
  • Jeans/Trousers – $ 15-25
  • Dresses – $15-35
  • Coats/Jackets – $25-50

FAQ’s Pricing & Labelling

Do You Supply Safety Pins?

No, you can purchase safety pins from stores like Big W, Officeworks, Spotlight and some Coles and Woolworths supermarkets.

Can I print my labels using standard printer paper?

Yes, although, it is preferable to print your labels onto a heavy paper stock or thin card to ensure maximum longevity.

What happens if the label falls off my clothes?

We cannot sell the item if the label falls off your clothing. However, we store unlabelled items in our stockroom, so if you find something missing from your rack, please check the stockroom and fitting room racks.

How To Create & Print Your Labels

Creating Your Labels

  • From the homepage click > Product Pricing
  • Click > Create New Product Sheet
    Each product sheet contains 20 product labels
  • To create your labels click> Enter Items
    Enter a short description of the product in the name section eg. Blue Guess Jeans, Size 12
    Enter the selling price in price section
  • At the top of the page enter your rack number in the section labelled Place
    (your rack number is shown on your booking reservation)
  • Once you have completed the product sheet click > Save (at the bottom of the page)
    and then click <<Back (at the top of the page)
  • Now click > Mark As Done on the product sheet

    Repeat the process of creating additional product sheets until you have enough labels for all of your clothing.

    Printing Your Labels

    • From the homepage click > Product Pricing
      You will now see all of the product sheets you have created.
    • Click > Print on each sheet you have created
      This will take you to a new page where you click > Select Printing Method A4 Stickers
      This will create a PDF File for you to print

    We always recommend printing and attaching your labels at home to get your rack up and running as quickly as possible. However, if you do not have access to a printer, we can print your labels for you in store.

    Attaching Your Labels

    • Once you have printed your labels simply cut them out and attach them to your clothes using a safety pin.
